To prevent delays in processing your membership:: Has the Member Indentity Information and Verification Card been signed and notarized?; Has the Account Card been signed by all authorized account holders?; Have you enclosed a photocopy of a valid Government Issued Photo ID for all account holders?; Have you enclosed a Check or Money Order for your initial deposit (a minimum of $10.00/one share) made payable to Freedom21 Federal Credit Union with "initial deposit" written in the memo space?
